Isabelle started doing live performance with Olivier De Maisonneuve in 2005. They did a few performances together at Le Cabaret Mado, which is a bar where you can see Drag Queen shows. Isabelle started thinking about more and more skits but most of them couldn't be shown at Le Cabaret Mado because of the drag queen thematic of the bar... So she started working on her own show, writting new skits and recruiting talented actors and actresses. She met with Fantasia Movie Festival director Pierre Corbeil and told him about her live show project. She incorporate short films in the concept of her show. One skits, one film! Mr. Corbeil liked the idea and gave it a try. Isabelle surrounded by 8 actors/actresses performed The Troma Show on July 13 2007 at Fantasia Movie Festival. Luc Bernier, Chastity Chevy, Olivier DeMaisonneuve, Penelope Jolicoeur, Andreanne Slythe, Melanie Flamand, Magenta Baribeau and Stephanie Gagnon were on the show. The show was hosted by none other then Lloyd Kaufmann, director of Troma Entertainment. The show was such a success that Isabelle, Luc Bernier, Magenta Baribeau, Olivier DeMaisonneuve and Penelope Jolicoeur decided to form a troupe called Cinemalive. Together they did another show at the movie festival "Gros Mechants Films" but soon after the group was split in two. No hard feelings on either side, Magenta and Penelope goes on as Cinemalive with a horror-trash general theme. Isabelle, Luc and Olivier didn't form a troupe as to say but will go on performing at different events with many other actors and actresses such as Melanie Flamand, Mattew Saliba, Kitty Daly, Chantale Petrin, Martin Plouffe and Den Coupal. Isabelle is also working on her first play.
